GENERAL SERVICE of your watch is a complex process that involves dismantling the mechanism and washing in a high-tech automatic ultrasonic cleansing machine as well as replacing worn parts, assembling the mechanism and regulating it with the use of precision machinery.

The remaining parts (frame, bracelet) of the watch are washed and we apply the appropriate and impressive finish so that we can present it to you as good as new!

In the final stage of the service, the gaskets are replaced and a sealing machine conducts the test. The final step is to monitor it for approximately 48h after which it is ready for delivery!

The watch repair process is as follows:
When we receive your watch, we give you a receipt. Then we check your watch in order to inform you about the cost of the repair, the work that will be performed and the date of delivery.

When delivered, you get a 1 or 2-year written guarantee depending on the watch!
